Vocalist and entertainer Rosemary Watson and her 19-year-old son, guitarist Dexter Berrogain, seamlessly blend classic rock, jazzy pop, bossa nova, and R&B into a stylistically fresh yet timeless sound.

Rosemary, a seasoned performer, comedian and impressionist has graced stages from national TV to The Kennedy Center, where she performed at the request of her idol, comedy legend, Carol Burnett. Dexter’s sophisticated musicianship and songwriting prowess showcase a depth well beyond his years. He learned to play at a young age from his dad, Patrick Berrogain, an accomplished jazz and Gypsy jazz guitarist. Dexter is also a signed model with The Wilhelmina Agency.

Their inspiration

"Genre-fluid" best describes the musical tastes of Dexter and Rosemary who criss-cross over many intersections. On any given day, they might be immersed in the classic sounds of Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Steely Dan, Earth, Wind & Fire, Coldplay, U2, America, Sergio Mendes & Brasil ’66 or Sade. They love the genius of solo artists like George Benson, Stevie Wonder, Carole King, Prince, Santana, Sting, Todd Rundgren, Marvin Gaye, Eliane Elias, Ivan Lins, or the father of bossa nova, Antonio Carlos Jobim.
Their playlist can shift from Jimi Hendrix’s electric mastery to the jazz brilliance of Pat Metheny, Oscar Peterson, and Bill Evans. Vocally, they appreciate the smooth tones of Luther Vandross, Nat King Cole, Sting, Gino Vannelli, Chaka Khan, Tony Bennett, Peggy Lee, and Nancy Wilson.
